Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in delhi Division for a Partner Development Manager. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing partnerships to support business growth, driving strategic collaborations, and cultivating long-term relationships with partners. The Partner Development Manager will Delhi-NCR partner onboarding, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results, resolve challenges, and support strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in partnership development, business strategy, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in areas such as network services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, and digital transformation
- Project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze business data, create reports, and develop actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and build successful partner ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is highly preferred
