Role Description

The Partner Business Manager will work closely with channel partners to foster business growth, enablement, and drive revenue. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, identifying and enabling new business opportunities, and collaborating on joint go-to-market strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabalpur, requiring leadership in executing sales programs, partner training, and ensuring alignment on strategic goals to achieve mutual success.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with channel partners.
  • Proficiency in identifying, developing, and managing joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Experience in sales enablement and facilitating partner training programs.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable joint business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies, AI platforms, and IT infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business success.
