Role Description The Partner for the Bengaluru Office at GHC Growth Lab will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to startup clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing support to founders through meetings, calls, and in-person interactions. The Partner will supervise office administration, maintain records, support basic accounting processes, and ensure smooth coordination between different functions. The role also includes contributing to business development initiatives, supporting events or workshops for startups, and representing GHC Growth Lab in the local ecosystem. The Partner will be expected to collaborate closely with other leaders to uphold the firm’s standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and tailored advisory support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with startup founders, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office operations and documentation.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, maintain client satisfaction, and build long-term relationships with startups.
- Basic Accounting skills to support financial record-keeping, invoices, and coordination with finance teams.
- Prior experience in startup environments, consulting, or professional services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple priorities, and operate with a high level of ownership and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with digital tools (productivity suites, collaboration platforms, CRM or similar systems) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
