We are seeking an entrepreneurial Partner – BFSI Practice who can build, scale, and lead our Banking, Financial Services & Insurance vertical, establishing Trinity as a preferred executive search partner for leadership hiring across the BFSI ecosystem.
Position Summary
The Partner – BFSI Practice will be responsible for developing and growing the BFSI business vertical, acquiring marquee clients, leading executive search mandates, building long-term client relationships, and creating a sustainable revenue stream for the practice.
The role demands a commercially driven leader with strong industry relationships, market credibility, and a proven ability to generate business and deliver leadership hiring solutions.
This is a business-building role with significant autonomy and leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Practice Development & Revenue Generation
• Build and scale the BFSI Practice into a profitable business vertical.
• Develop annual business plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Establish Trinity Global Executive Search as a trusted leadership hiring partner within the BFSI sector.
• Achieve annual revenue and profitability objectives.
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Acquire new retained and contingent executive search mandates.
• Develop relationships with:
- CEOs
- CHROs
- Managing Directors
- Business Heads
- Promoters
- Board Members
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, industry engagement, and strategic introductions.
• Build long-term strategic client relationships.
3. Executive Search & Leadership Advisory
• Lead end-to-end execution of senior and leadership-level search assignments.
• Advise clients on:
- Leadership hiring strategies
- Talent mapping
- Compensation benchmarking
- Succession planning
- Market intelligence
• Ensure exceptional search delivery and client satisfaction.
4. Market Mapping & Industry Intelligence
• Develop deep insights into:
- Banking
- Insurance
- Wealth Management
- Asset Management
- NBFCs
- FinTech
- Capital Markets
- Private Equity & Venture Capital
• Track leadership movements and emerging talent pools.
• Position Trinity as a thought leader within the BFSI ecosystem.
5. Team Building & Practice Leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing BFSI search team.
• Develop best-in-class search methodologies and delivery standards.
• Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and excellence.
6. Strategic Partnerships & Brand Development
• Represent Trinity at industry forums and leadership events.
• Build relationships with industry bodies, associations, and professional networks.
• Enhance market visibility and brand equity of Trinity Global Executive Search.

Experience Requirements
Essential
• 12–20+ years of professional experience.

• Demonstrated track record of generating and managing executive search revenues.
• Strong network within BFSI leadership circles.

Educational Qualifications
Essential - Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
