Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partner at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, located in Cuttack, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Partner will be responsible for building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. The role will include recruiting, training, and mentoring advisors, ensuring they meet performance metrics, and nurturing client relationships. The Partner will also identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's long-term growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development within the insurance or financial services industry
- Team-building and leadership skills, including experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams
- Strong interpersonal communication & relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet performance targets
- Knowledge of insurance policies and financial products
- Proficiency with digital tools and ability to leverage technology in sales and recruitment
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates with experience in sales or the financial sector
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work in a hybrid work setting
