Urban Oeuvre Designs is looking to onboard a Partner to lead the Architecture Execution Vertical of the practice.
As our design studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced professional who can build, lead, and scale the execution arm of the firm, ensuring that design intent is translated into high-quality built outcomes across residential and interior projects.
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to move beyond employment and participate in building a long-term architecture practice as a partner.
Role Overview
The Partner – Architecture Execution will be responsible for establishing and leading the construction and project execution vertical of Urban Oeuvre Designs.
This role requires a professional who understands both design sensitivity and on-ground construction realities and can ensure seamless coordination between design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and delivery of architecture and interior projects
- Build and manage site supervision and project management teams
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are executed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards
- Develop systems for project management, costing, and execution workflows
- Maintain strong coordination between design and site teams
- Contribute to the strategic growth and scaling of the firm
Investment & Partnership Opportunity
We are looking to onboard a Partner who is willing to invest capital into the company in exchange for shareholding and long-term participation in the firm’s growth.
This role is intended for someone who is interested in building and scaling the execution backbone of a growing design practice.
Execution Network Requirement
The ideal candidate should be able to bring or develop a strong execution ecosystem, including:
- Reliable contractors and execution partners
- Skilled labour teams and site workers
- Vendors and suppliers relevant to architecture and interior projects
These resources will help ensure efficient execution across multiple project sites.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in architecture or construction project execution in India
- Strong experience managing residential, interior, or architectural projects
- Proven ability to manage contractors, site teams, and project delivery
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, timelines, and quality control
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a long-term practice
- Existing contractor/vendor network in Delhi NCR preferred
- Experience in leading teams and having a team-solution oriented mindset
- Based in Delhi NCR (preferred)
