Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in alliance management, channel partnerships, or technology partnerships.
- Experience working with Microsoft partner programs or cloud ecosystems is highly preferred.
Role Overview
- The Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing strategic partnerships with large Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) aligned with the Microsoft ecosystem.
- The role focuses on building high-value alliances, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and generating new business opportunities through ISV collaborations.
Required Skills
- Strong business development and partnership-building capabilities.
- Understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem (ISVs, CSPs, SIs).
- Ability to identify and engage large software vendors for strategic alliances.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Strong networking ability within technology ecosystems.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target large ISVs within the Microsoft ecosystem to establish strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies to expand the organization’s ISV network.
- Build strong relationships with ISV leadership teams, business development heads, and alliance managers.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to create joint solutions and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth through partner-led opportunities and co-selling engagements.
- Work closely with Microsoft partner teams to identify ISV collaboration opportunities.
- Track partner pipeline, performance metrics, and partnership outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and Microsoft ecosystem engagements.
