Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
o Build and maintain a targeted prospect list of Partners operating in your assigned territory.
o Achieve weekly and monthly targets for Partners converted and new partners onboarded.
Field Visits:
o Conduct in-person visits and product walkthroughs with prospective Partners at their offices or preferred locations.
o Attend financial advisor networking events to build presence in the community
Relationship Building:
o Act as the advisor's single point of contact for any product queries, or client-level questions.
o Build long-term, trust-based relationships with financial advisors through consistent engagement.
Reporting:
o Document every objection, concern, and market signal encountered in the field.
o Maintain CRM hygiene every visit logged, every follow-up scheduled, every lead status updated in real time.
What We're Looking For:
o 2–5 years of field sales experience in financial services
o Willingness to travel extensively within the city and occasionally intercity for advisor events and meetings
o Strong interpersonal skills able to build genuine trust with advisors.
