The role
The Partner Acquisition Executive sits on the Supply team. You bring new field partners — dog trainers, walkers, groomers, para-vets — into the IncrediPets network. You reach out to candidates, have real conversations, screen for genuine fit, and hand over people who will actually start and stick. AI handles the high-volume first-pass dialing; your job is the judgement — the conversations a machine cannot have.
What you'll do
- Reach out to candidates sourced from job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Meta) and references.
- - Run real screening conversations — understand whether the person is a genuine fit for field-partner work, not just whether they will say yes.
- - Ask the hard questions upfront: do they have a licence and two-wheeler today, are they comfortable handling dogs, does their family support the work, does the per-session pay structure work for them.
- - Do not push hesitant candidates into a forced yes — surface the truth, log it, move on. A clean no is more useful to us than a soft yes.
- - Shortlist and hand over candidates cleanly to onboarding.
- - Work alongside the AI screening tools — review their flags, handle the candidates that need a human, give feedback on what is and isn't working.
- - Tell the team what you are learning on the calls — you see patterns nobody else does.
Who should apply
This role is a fit if you have done outbound calling and persuasion work and want to move beyond pure dialing:
- Inside sales / telesales / tele-calling executives
- - BPO / call-centre outbound agents (Concentrix, Teleperformance, Genpact and similar)
- - Field sales executives who like the conversation more than the commute
- - Non-IT / bulk-hiring recruiters who think in outcomes, not just paperwork
- - Anyone who has done high-volume phone work in e-commerce, fintech, or gig-economy companies
If you treat a yes as the finish line, this is not the role. If you care whether the person you signed up actually shows up and stays — it is.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken Hindi + English; comfortable code-switching (Hinglish). Marathi a strong plus for Mumbai.
- - Strong phone presence — can build rapport with a stranger in the first 30 seconds.
- - Comfortable with rejection, and comfortable disqualifying candidates who are not a fit.
- - Basic comfort with dashboards, spreadsheets, and digital tools — you will work alongside AI screening systems.
- - 12th pass minimum; graduate preferred. 1+ year in telesales / inside sales / outbound / recruitment preferred, but a strong communicator with the right mindset will be considered.
- - Android smartphone with mobile data.
How we measure success
You are measured on activated partners who are still working after 30 days — not on the number of offers released or candidates sourced. Quality of activation, not volume of yeses.
