- Own and grow revenue through a defined set of Tier-2 channel partners (Value)
- Drive partner business, mindshare, and wallet share
- Build and maintain a healthy, accurate, and forward-looking pipeline across BUs
- Ensure strong funnel hygiene and weekly updates with aging control
- Expand customer coverage and drive consistent new logo acquisition through partners
- Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with measurable outcomes
- Drive adoption of programs, and GTM initiatives
- Enable partners to sell the right portfolio across devices, infrastructure, and services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to remove execution barriers and improve velocity
- Deliver predictable, linear growth with high forecast accuracy
