Role Objective: Drive indirect commercial business across customer segments (GA/KA/MM) for IDG & ISG line of business through enabling, expanding, and empowering T2 Partners to deliver sustainable business growth.
Reports to Regional Manager South to grow Value business .
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner Management : Manage Value Partners across geographies to ensure seamless order execution, sales enablement, and business continuity.
- Indirect Order Execution: Drive complete indirect commercial order execution across all segments and businesses.
- Channel Infrastructure & Coverage: Strengthen partner sales capabilities to expand customer reach and enhance market coverage.
- Relationship & Growth: Build strong partner relationships to increase Lenovo’s Share of Wallet (SOW) and align on strategic growth plans.
- Business Health & JBP: Develop and monitor Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clear KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
- Account Acquisition: Lead channel led business acquisition through defined Partners & collaborate closely with Client Managers (MM & KA) to cover the wider customer universe.
- Partner Enablement: Drive training, certification, and capability building to enhance partner readiness on Lenovo platforms.
