AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning (RL), and a strong understanding of Agentive AI systems. You will be part of a forward-thinking team building intelligent, autonomous, and adaptive AI solutions for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and fine-tune LLM-based applications tailored to specific tasks and domains. Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms to optimize decision-making in dynamic environments. Architect and prototype agentive AI systems capable of proactive, goal-oriented behavior. Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI capabilities into end-user applications. Evaluate and ensure the safety, efficiency, and scalability of deployed models and agents. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in LLMs, RL, and cognitive agents. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and relevant NLP techniques. Solid understanding of reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., Q-learning, PPO, DDPG). Hands-on experience building autonomous agents or working within agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAgents, etc.). Proficient in Python and common ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.). Strong grasp of AI/ML ethics, prompt engineering, and safety best practices. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred: Published research or open-source contributions in AI/ML. Experience with distributed systems or deployment of models at scale. Knowledge of cognitive architectures or human-computer interaction.
