We are looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Consultant (no work from office required) to support hiring across:
- A Chartered Accountant firm (articles, semi-qualified, accounting roles)
- A fast-growing AI-led finance startup (Zerofyn)
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building- Source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline for:
- CA Articles
- Semi-qualified (CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com)
- Accounting & finance roles
2. Screening & Shortlisting- Conduct initial screening calls (10–15 mins)
- Evaluate candidates based on:
- Technical exposure (accounting, tax, compliance)
- Communication and intent
- Cultural fit for a professional services firm
- Share filtered, high-quality shortlists (not bulk CVs)
3. Hiring Operations & Coordination- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal team
- Maintain a structured candidate tracker (Google Sheets / ATS)
4. Role Understanding & Iteration- Work closely with founders to understand evolving requirements
- Refine job descriptions and sourcing strategies based on feedback
Ideal Candidate Profile- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment / talent sourcing (startup or professional services preferred)
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting roles (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to independently source and screen candidates
- communication and coordination skills
Engagement Structure- Part-time / freelance (remote)
- Conversion -based engagement fees depending on the salary
- Flexible working hours
