We are Clavel AI, building an innovative SaaS platform, that helps businesses automate and streamline their workflow, manage tasks efficiently, and optimize cloud operations. We are looking for a skilled SRE/DevOps professional to join us part-time and contribute to improving platform reliability, performance, and feature development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate the platform for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide feedback, ideas, and suggestions for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
- Share the platform within relevant cloud and DevOps communities to increase awareness and adoption.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving platform issues as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in SRE or DevOps roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
- Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide actionable feedback.
- Experience in technical community engagement is a plus.
