Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior SEO Manager to take complete ownership of SEO strategy, execution, and performance across a large portfolio of websites.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for a mature SEO professional who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing teams, working under pressure, and driving measurable business outcomes, not just SEO activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO level strategies for the company department.
• Provide expert guidance on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements and process that staff can use to make better performance.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, updates, and best practices.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital strategies.
• Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Advise on high-quality backlink strategies and domain authority improvements.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in agency or multi-client environments
• Strong expertise across all three SEO pillars:
• Technical SEO
• On-page SEO
• Off-page SEO
• Proven ability to manage large SEO portfolios and deliver measurable results
• Experience working with tools like Google Search Console, SE Ranking, Ahrefs, or similar
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and business outcomes
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and take ownership
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure
