We're looking for a confident sales closer who enjoys talking to business owners, understands consultative selling, and can confidently close high-ticket service deals over Zoom or Google Meet.
Your Role:
As our Sales Closer, you'll be responsible for conducting sales calls with qualified prospects generated by our marketing efforts.
Your job is simple:
- Build rapport.
- Understand the client's business.
- Present the right solution.
- Handle objections.
- Close the deal.
You won't be expected to generate your own leads. Your primary responsibility is converting qualified opportunities into paying clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified leads.
- Sell website development services and AI automation solutions.
- Understand client pain points and recommend the right package.
- Follow our sales framework and process.
- Handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes after each call.
- Follow up with prospects when required.
- Meet monthly revenue and closing targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience closing service-based or high-ticket offers.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident on Zoom or Google Meet.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
Experience selling digital marketing, web development, SaaS, software, AI solutions, or agency services is a strong advantage.
Compensation:
Month 1 (Probation):
The first month serves as a probation period.
This is a 100% commission-based role, allowing both sides to evaluate the partnership.
Expected earning potential: Up to USD $800–$900 based on performance.
Month 2 Onwards:
If performance expectations are met during probation, compensation will transition to:
- ₹35,000 fixed monthly salary
- 7% commission on every closed deal
- Significant earning potential with no cap on commissions
Top performers will have opportunities to grow into senior sales roles as our team expands.
