Part-Time Retail Sales & Operations Associate
TES – The Everyday Studio is a growing retail brand offering gifts, toys, ornaments, accessories, gift hampers, lifestyle products and selected sports goods.
We are looking for a motivated and responsible student to join our growing store and gain practical experience in sales, customer interaction and retail operations.
🕐 Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and understand their requirements
- Assist customers with product selection and sales
- Handle billing and basic store operations
- Maintain product displays and store presentation
- Assist with stock management and inventory
- Support day-to-day retail operations
Who We're Looking For
- A student with a positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Interested in sales, retail and business
- Previous retail experience is not mandatory
🗣️ Language Skills
Knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, English and/or Tamil is an advantage.
Knowing all five languages is not mandatory. Basic conversational ability in multiple languages is sufficient.

We are building TES with the ambition of expanding into multiple store locations.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, rather than simply work a part-time job. As the business expands, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress towards roles such as:
Sales Associate → Senior Associate → Supervisor → Store In-Charge → Store Manager
Progression will depend on performance, experience, responsibility and capability.
This is an opportunity to earn, learn, gain real-world customer-facing experience and understand how a retail business operates from the ground up.
