We are a Canadian company looking for home-based, part-time professional phone interviewers to call our client's customers in India.
THE JOB:
• Competitive pay (7 to 10 USD/hour, based on experience)
• Home-based, flexible hours
We are looking for well-educated professionals to contact our client’s customers and gather feedback on their level of satisfaction. As a business researcher, you will conduct short satisfaction surveys, often speaking with decision-makers. This is not a telemarketing position—you will not be selling anything. However, you will represent both our client and our company, so professionalism is essential.
Your goal is to establish a brief but meaningful dialogue with respondents, obtain their feedback, and record their specific suggestions for service improvements. You will use provided software to record conversations and transcribe meaningful comments. While productivity matters, quality is our top priority.
HOURS:
• Flexible schedule, but calls must be made between 8 AM and 5 PM local time (Monday to Friday).
• Minimum commitment: 15 hours per week. This campaign runs for 4-6 weeks, from mid April to June.
• If both you and our client are satisfied, additional projects may be available.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be fluent in Hindi with strong written and spoken skills.
• Fluency in English is necessary, as you will be transcribing your interviews in Hindi, and then translating them to English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to engage in meaningful conversations while maintaining interviewer neutrality.
• Analytical mindset and a genuine interest in quality improvement.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in documentation.
• Reliable and committed—able to follow through on agreed work hours.
• Technical requirements: A stable high-speed internet connection, a recent computer, a medium-quality or better headset with a microphone, and a quiet workspace.
