Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented LLB graduate to support our legal and compliance team by reviewing contract documents and extracting key information. The role involves analyzing different types of contracts, identifying relevant clauses, and organizing extracted data accurately for internal use.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates or early-career legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in contract analysis and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze various contract documents (e.g., service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, MSAs, etc.)
- Extract predefined sets of information such as:
- Parties involved
- Contract duration and termination clauses
- Payment and commercial terms
- Confidentiality, indemnity, and liability clauses
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- Identify key risks, obligations, and deviations from standard terms
- Organize and document extracted information in structured formats (Excel, Word, or internal templates)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of extracted data
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling legal documents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for clarification, if required
Required Qualifications
- LLB degree (completed or final-year students may be considered)
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in contract review or legal documentation
- Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
- Experience with contract abstraction or legal operations is a plus
