Role Description

This part-time remote role focuses on driving Sonela Beauty’s influencer marketing and paid media affiliate programs. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential influencers and affiliates, negotiating partnerships, managing influencer campaigns, and tracking campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to execute innovative strategies, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals. Performance analysis and reporting are key components of this position to optimize results and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Affiliate Campaign Management
• Expertise in Communication and Public Relations strategies
• Experience in Sales and managing partnerships/relationships with external stakeholders
• Proficiency with analytics tools to track campaign performance and present insights
• Understanding of influencer trends and digital media landscapes
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across deadlines
• Passionate about clean beauty, sustainability, and wellness
• Prior experience in a beauty or lifestyle brand is a plus
