We are AK Media House Agency (AKMH). We are a fast-growing, young company specializing in high-quality video editing. We are serious about growing our own brand, and we need a visual wizard who can help us capture attention in a crowded digital space.
The Role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to work on internal company projects. Your primary mission is to stop the scroll. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion thumbnails and educational/engaging carousels that represent our brand across all major platforms.
- What You Will DoThumbnail Mastery: Design high-CTR (Click-Through Rate) thumbnails for YouTube that are bold, readable, and intriguing.
- Carousel Design: Create visually stunning carousels for Instagram and LinkedIn that simplify complex ideas into digestible slides.
- Document Design: Layout and design professional PDFs, reports, or lead magnets that align with our brand identity.
- Brand Consistency: Work closely with the CEO and Video Editing Team to ensure all graphics align with our brand's aesthetic.
- Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding deadlines and creative concepts.
- Qualifications & RequirementsPortfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality YouTube thumbnails and multi-slide social media carousels.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (Advanced).
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) to understand briefs and collaborate effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: An eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Reliability: Ability to manage 20 hours per week consistently and meet 24-48 hour turnaround times for design tasks.
