We are looking for a Part-Time Full-Stack Developer to support the ongoing development of a web-based product. This is a small start with long-term potential and can grow into something much bigger.
We are looking for someone who wants to work closely, contribute technically, and grow with the product over time.
Required Technical Expertise-
The developer should have strong hands-on experience in most of the following:
#Frontend -
React.js / Next.js
TypeScript / JavaScript
Tailwind CSS or similar modern UI framework
API integration
dashboard / admin panel development
#Backend
Node.js
Express.js / Next.js backend
REST API development
authentication and authorization
modular backend architecture
#Database
MySQL preferred
schema design
query optimization
migrations
production-grade database handling
#AI / LLM / Intelligent Systems
Good understanding or hands-on experience with:
LLM model integration
OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic APIs
prompt-based workflows
AI-assisted product features
conversational or intelligent feature layers
structured AI response handling
#Other Skills
Git / GitHub
deployment support
environment configuration
debugging and issue resolution
scalable code structure
ability to understand and improve an existing codebase

This is an initial small engagement, but the vision is bigger.
We are looking for someone who can become a valuable long-term technical support person as the platform grows.
Compensation
Fixed Monthly: ₹20,000 (for now)
