Role Description
We are looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter and curious individual who wants to do more than routine accounting work. This role offers hands-on exposure to real business decision-making, financial structuring, and industry practices, and is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a budding startup environment.
This is a once in a career opportunity - you will not only practice & learn finance/accounting fundamentals, you will actively engage with and contribute to industry processes and systems as they are being setup and evolve, from first principles.
Role Type: Part-time
Commitment: 4-5 hours per day (on-site)
Compensation: 10-15K/month
Location: Bavdhan, Pune
Education: Commerce / B.Com / M.Com / Arts with Mathematics / Similar Background or Competence
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Maintaining and organizing financial records in Excel
Supporting bookkeeping, expense tracking, and documentation
Assisting in preparation of financial statements and reports
Working with external CAs and consultants on compliance and filings
Participating in product costing, pricing model, and structure discussions
Conducting research related to financial rules, vendors, and industry practices
Owning end-to-end setups & initiatives
Helping define internal financial formats, trackers, and systems
