As a Staff Software Engineer (f/m/d)* for our Voice Platform, you will have the opportunity to develop the strategy and support our mission to revolutionize the contact center industry. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Define the technical direction for our domainOptimize our engineering organization to grow and achieve objectivesIdentify gaps and influence the design, quality, security, and availability of our platformPartner with other engineering teams to improve performance, observability, and reliability, and set targets and SLOs to make sure we adhere to themProvide architectural guidance and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall visionAct as a thought leader, mentoring other engineers, and sharing best practices with the company Our Tech stack:React/Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS, Inversify, NestJS, Lerna, Koa, Jest, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, Redis WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Multiple years of experience as a Staff Software EngineerProficiency in designing, building and operating reliable software systems for low latency processing and streamingExpertise in Node.js / Typescript, pub/sub and other asynchronous messaging patterns and related systemsProficiency in Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-code, e.g. TerraformExcellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and technical communication, both written and verbalAbility to raise the bar on operational excellenceExperience in mentoring fellow engineers NICE TO HAVE: Hands-on experience building programmable voice and video APIsHands-on experience with open-source RTC solutions, like signalling proxies, B2BUAs and WebRTC gatewaysSolid understanding of RTC protocols WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
