Position: Parliament Constituency Manager (PCM)
Location: Andhra Pradesh (or as assigned)
Employment Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for driven and dynamic professionals to join our team as Parliament Constituency Managers. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for executing constituency level strategies, building strong local networks, and ensuring consistent, on-ground campaign presence. Your work will directly shape political narratives and influence voter sentiment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement tailored outreach strategies for assigned constituencies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with central campaign teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key local influencers, stakeholders, and volunteer networks.
- Plan and execute high impact events that elevate candidate visibility and deepen voter engagement.
- Ensure timely and consistent deployment of campaign materials and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project or field management roles.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
- Proficiency in Telugu.
Bonus Points For
- Deep understanding of constituency dynamics in Andhra Pradesh.
- Prior experience in political or election campaign environments.
