About the role

Position Summary

The Driver is responsible for delivering medications to pharmacy clients using their own vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

Delivers medications to clients using a personal vehicle.

Timely reports mileage for reimbursement.

Securely returns any medications that are not accepted by clients.

Collect customer payments and ensure accurate handling of transactions.

Serves as the face of the pharmacy, providing friendly and professional customer service.

Maintains professional personal conduct at the client’s place of business or residence is expected at all times.

Plans and completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day.

Loads delivery vehicle with parcels scheduled for delivery.

Delivers parcels to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.

Picks up parcels along the scheduled route, including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.

Maintains basic records of mileage deliveries made.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
