Join Our Team as a Restaurant Server at the Soprana Rooftop Cucina at Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing requests and refilling beverages.
• Respond knowledgeably to guest inquiries about menu items and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to management if needed.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including dining area setup and workstation cleaning.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
