Digital & IT Associate

As a Digital & IT Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of Parker's digital and IT infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, conducting systems analysis, and contributing to the development and implementation of IT strategies and initiatives. You will also participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to support the professional development of the team. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
