<li>Welcome patients warmly and help them feel at ease <br><br>
</li>
<li>Build genuine relationships and guide patients through their visits with clarity and care<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help patients understand their treatment in a way that feels comfortable and supportive<br><br>
</li>
<li>Use your <strong>RDAEF skills</strong> to provide high-quality, efficient care while keeping the experience smooth and positive<br><br>
</li>
<li>Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the day flowing with ease<br><br>
</li>
<li>Prepare rooms and instruments thoughtfully so everything runs seamlessly<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support a team environment where everyone helps each other and communicates openly<br><br>
</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Active California <strong>RDAEF license<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Around <strong>5+ years of dental experience</strong>, with confidence in your clinical skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Someone who is <strong>kind, dependable, and team-oriented<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>A natural communicator who enjoys educating and connecting with patients<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfortable with technology (Dentrix, CEREC, digital workflow)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Takes initiative, stays organized, and brings a positive attitude each day<br><br>
</li>
<li>Current <strong>BLS/CPR certification<br></strong><br>
</li>
