As a Customer Success Manager, Large & Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving the strategic partnership with our largest and most complex customers. You'll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Ops teams to ensure our customers are delighted, successful and achieving their goals. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll utilize your exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
