About the role

As a Researcher at ParentPay Group, you will play a key role in driving our product strategy and innovation. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, user research, and competitive analysis to uncover insights that will inform the development of our industry-leading EdTech solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in the EdTech landscape - Gathering and analyzing user feedback to understand the needs and pain points of our customers (schools, parents, and students) - Performing competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and identify areas for differentiation - Translating research insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps and feature development - Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure research insights are effectively incorporated into the product development process To be successful in this role, you should have: - 3-5 years of experience in a research-focused role, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, data analysis, and A/B testing - A passion for education and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by schools, parents, and students - Familiarity with agile development processes and a collaborative, user-centric approach to product development
