Our bright team FastTrack their career with international exposure and ways of working based on agile development best practices from globally renowned technology consultancies. **Key Responsibilities ** * Collect, compile, and analyze HR data and metrics to support management decision-making * Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics * Conduct statistical analyses to understand relationships between various HR activities and organizational outcomes * Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in HR data * Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand data needs and provide solutions * Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data * Use data visualization tools to present HR data in a clear and concise manner * Assist with implementing and maintaining HR information systems * Comply with data privacy and protection guidelines ** Skills Required: ** * Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics. * Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel and Power BI) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ** * Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics. * Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel and Power BI) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
