The Parent Relationship Manager is responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with families and ensuring a seamless parent experience at Jumpstart International Preschool. This role focuses on parent engagement, satisfaction, communication, retention, and admissions support while acting as a bridge between parents and the center. The Parent Relationship Manager works closely with the Center Leader and academic team to ensure parents feel heard, supported, and confident about their child’s journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Parent Engagement & Relationship Building
Develop and maintain warm, professional relationships with parents. Act as the primary point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
Ensure parents feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the center. Proactively engage with families to strengthen trust and satisfaction.
2. Parent Communication
Ensure timely and clear communication regarding programs, events, policies, and updates. Coordinate newsletters, circulars, and important announcements.
Facilitate smooth communication between educators and parents. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the organization’s values.
3. Parent Experience & Satisfaction
Monitor parent satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism. Gather feedback through surveys, meetings, and informal interactions. Implement initiatives to enhance overall parent experience and retention.
4. Admissions & Inquiry Management
Handle walk-in inquiries, school tours, and program presentations. Provide accurate information about curriculum, facilities, and philosophy. Follow up with prospective parents to support admissions conversion. Maintain inquiry and admission records.
5. Events & Community Building
Plan and coordinate parent engagement activities, workshops, and celebrations. Support orientations, PTMs, and special events. Encourage parent participation in school initiatives. Strengthen the school community through meaningful interactions.
6. Retention & Relationship Continuity
Track parent concerns and ensure timely resolution. Identify early signs of dissatisfaction and take preventive action. Support re-enrollment and retention initiatives.
Build long-term relationships with families.
7. Collaboration with Center Leader
Work closely with the Center Leader on parent communication strategies.
Share feedback, concerns, and suggestions from parents.
Support crisis communication when required.
Contribute to maintaining a positive reputation of the center.
