Parent Relations & Front Office Executive
Location: Tatva Global School, Gajularamaram, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome parents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Ensure every visitor is attended to promptly and courteously.
* Guide prospective parents through the admission process.
* Conduct engaging campus tours for parents and visitors.
* Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, Transport, and Administrative teams to facilitate parent requirements.
* Manage reception activities, visitor records, phone calls, and enquiries.
* Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
* Follow up with prospective parents and assist them throughout their admission journey.
* Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
* Build positive relationships with parents and represent the school's values in every interaction.
What We Are Looking For
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Pleasant personality with a warm, approachable, and confident attitude.
* Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
* Prior experience in schools, educational institutions, hospitality, customer service, or front office operations will be an added advantage.

**Compensation:** ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
