As a Parent Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in guiding families through the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to successful enrollment and beyond. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping parents make informed decisions while ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Counseling: Lead end-to-end counseling for prospective parents and students, clearly explaining the institution's offerings, curriculum, values, and differentiators. Understand individual needs and recommend the best-fit programs.
- Parent Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with parents by being their single point of contact. Address queries, resolve concerns, and proactively communicate important updates.
- Conversion & Enrollment: Own the conversion funnel from inquiries to admissions. Follow up consistently with leads, manage objections effectively, and drive enrollment numbers.
- Communication Excellence: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, school tours, and orientation programs. Ensure all interactions are professional, informative, and aligned with the brand voice.
- Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with academic teams, operations, and marketing to ensure accurate information flow and a cohesive parent experience.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and admissions data using CRM tools. Track conversion metrics and provide insights to improve the admissions process.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from parents to identify gaps and enhance the overall admissions and onboarding experience.

- Strong expertise in admissions counseling and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with parents and students
- Ability to handle objections and influence decision-making
- Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
- Comfort with CRM tools and data tracking
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred)
- 1-10 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer success, or relationship management roles
- Prior experience in education, ed-tech, or service-driven industries is a plus
