Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paravet at our pet hospital located in South Delhi. The Paravet will assist in animal healthcare, conduct routine check-ups, provide basic treatments, and administer prescribed medications. The role also involves educating pet owners on proper care and helping maintain a clean and safe environment for animals. The Paravet will play a vital role in ensuring the wellness and recovery of the pets entrusted to our care.
Qualifications
- Animal healthcare and treatment skills, including the ability to assist in routine check-ups and administer medications
- Knowledge in animal behavior, health monitoring, and disease prevention
- Strong communication skills to educate pet owners on proper care and treatment plans
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a clinical or hospital setting
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for animal care
- Relevant certification or training in veterinary assistance or paravet services
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
