<strong>Patient:</strong> 2-year-old child (pediatric care) </li>

<strong>Setting:</strong> Patient’s home in <em>Westley Chapel</em>, FL </li>

<strong>Shift Hours:</strong> 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour Overnight shift) </li>

<strong>3 Days/Week:</strong> Thursday, Friday, Saturday<br><strong>OR</strong>

<strong>4 Days/Week:</strong> Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday </li>
</ul><div>🩺 <strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders </li>
<li> Monitor patient condition and report any changes </li>
<li> Administer medications and treatments as prescribed </li>
<li> Maintain accurate and timely documentation </li>
<li> Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being at all times </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with family and care team </li>
<li>G-tube Managment</li>
</ul><div>✅ <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li> Active <strong>Florida LPN license or RN</strong>
</li>
<li> Pediatric experience preferred (but not required) </li>
<li> Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail </li>
<li> Strong clinical and communication skills </li>
<li> CPR certification (required) </li>
<li> Reliable transportation </li>
