While the client is a young adult, the care approach aligns closely with <strong>pediatric-style support</strong>, requiring patience, structure, and strong behavioral guidance skills.<br><br> </div><div>We are <strong>preferably seeking a male caregiver</strong> for compatibility; however, <strong>female caregivers with a strong personality and proven experience managing behavioral challenges</strong> are strongly encouraged to apply.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br> In this role, you will provide hands-on support while promoting independence, safety, and emotional stability in a structured environment.
