Roles & Responsibilities Role Name: Business Analyst Location : India (Coimbatore) - Onsite Reporting: Business Excellence Key R&R Data Analysis and Reporting Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) Data Analysis: o Collate, analyze and report performance against target across multiple organization levels providing insights from individual performance data to overall organization performance o Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and decision-making. o Conduct in-depth cost and profitability analysis across customers, vendors, products and/or projects o Provide management ad hoc analysis and reporting when required Data Management: Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data integrity and quality Performance Monitoring: Monitor dashboard performance and user engagement, making recommendations for enhancements based on feedback Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of dashboard processes, data sources, and analytical methodologies. Stakeholder Management Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, feedback sessions, and strategic planning meetings. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs, ensuring that dashboards meet business objectives. Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on dashboard usage and best practices for data analysis. Experience / Skills Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration Strong data management and analysis abilities with independent working knowledge on MS Power BI, Tableau Experience in IT services or technology companies is ideal Result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills This role is an Individual contributor role with the expectation that the individual will be able to work independently and can adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
