Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Paramedical Faculty at CPCD, based in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lectures, developing course materials, and assessing student performance. Faculty members will supervise practical sessions, guide students in research and projects, and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in paramedical sciences. Participation in faculty meetings and campus activities is also expected to support the institution's mission of delivering high-quality paramedical education.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in paramedical sciences with strong subject matter knowledge
- Proficiency in developing lesson plans, delivering lectures, and guiding practical training
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience in research and ability to mentor students in academic projects
- Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant paramedical discipline (Ph.D. preferred)
- Knowledge of updated paramedical practices and regulations in the healthcare industry
- Previous teaching experience and certifications in education methodology are a plus
