About the Role
EB1A Experts is seeking two experienced Immigration Paralegals to support our growing legal operations
team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with direct experience working at immigration-focused
law firms — particularly Fragomen, Berry Appleman & Leiden, Fragomen Del Rey, or similar firms —
who are well-versed in employment-based visa categories. You will be a key liaison between attorneys,
clients, and government agencies, ensuring that cases progress smoothly and clients are kept informed
every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end case preparation for employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B,
L-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, O-1, and related categories.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents required for petitions and applications; follow up
proactively to ensure timely submissions.
• Draft and prepare immigration forms, cover letters, support letters, and other legal documents
under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate directly with attorneys on case strategy, timelines, and filing requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and responding to
inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Track case deadlines, filing dates, USCIS/DOL receipt notices, and RFEs using case
management software.
• Maintain accurate and complete case files in compliance with firm standards and data privacy
requirements.
• Research updates to immigration regulations and policy changes affecting active matters.
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with a strong focus on employment-based
visa categories.
• Prior experience at Fragomen, Berry Appleman & Leiden, Cyrus D. Mehta, or a comparable high
volume immigration law firm strongly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with USCIS, DOL (PERM), and DOS processes and requirements.
• Proficiency with immigration case management platforms (e.g., INSZoom, Tracker I-9, or
equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of accurate, error-free document preparation.
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; client-facing experience is a strong
plus.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting RFE (Request for Evidence) responses.
• Knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes.
• Paralegal certification or a law degree from an Indian university.
