Rust Engineer

We're hiring Rust engineers for a stealth project backed by Paradigm. The Role You'll play a key role in developing the project's low-level systems. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology at the frontier of crypto. What You'll Do - Design, develop and ship complex features, indexing on performance and benchmarking - Own development throughout the entire lifecycle, with a focus on deep collaboration, quick iteration cycles and incorporating stakeholder feedback Who You Are - Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust - Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution Layer, as well as reth and consensus mechanisms; hands-on experience working across the entire Ethereum stack is ideal - Self-motivated and independent, and excited by ambiguity and opportunities to develop concrete solutions to nebulous problems - Collaborative and an exceptional communicator
