Shift Lead at Subway 9014

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shift Lead at Subway 9014. The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant during their shift, including supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and performing regular cleaning tasks
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawers
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification is a plus
