What we do
The PaPM development and maintenance team in India is responsible for maintenance and co-development of the SAP Profitability and Performance Management product and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. We are a global, diverse, and inspiring team and offer the opportunity to extend personal and professional capabilities, by working for a leading strategic SAP partner.
What you will do
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP PaPM, including incident analysis, root‑cause diagnosis, and timely resolution of production issues raised by users
- Support in creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles on the PaPM product
- Provide feedback coming from customer incidents to the stakeholders
- Participate in demos and business development initiatives
- Work collaboratively with a team of developers and product support colleagues
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team/project leads
- Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening msg global’s collective knowledge
What we are looking for
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant PaPM consulting experience
- University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, controlling, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
- Understanding of financial or controlling processes, like budgeting, cost allocations, profitability or tax calculations
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
Nice to have
- Experience in SAP full life-cycle implementations, preferably with PaPM, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere.
- Technical or functional expertise in SAP applications/modules like SAC, DSP, BW, HANA or S/4
- Experience with Service Now incident management system or equivalent.
- Usage on AI tools to ease out day to day mundane activities
