What You'll Do Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate a compelling product roadmap that aligns with our company’s objectives and long-term goals. Customer-Centric Development: Drive product discovery processes, leveraging customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product decisions that deliver maximum value to our customers. Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with leaders in engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals. Mentorship and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings remain differentiated and valuable. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the voice of the product both internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership, the broader organization, and customers.
