Papaya Global is looking for a
skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our Finance team, supporting our Israeli LTD entity. This role reports directly to the Head Bookkeeper and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, global tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Bookkeeping:
- Recording vendor invoices
- Managing bi-monthly vendor payments
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations
- Monthly VAT and 102 reporting
- Managing company credit cards (Mesh)
- Collaborating with various departments across the organization
Month-End Closing:
- Preparing accruals
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Processing and analysing fixed assets
- Managing prepaid expenses
- Supporting controllers as needed
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper (Levels 1+2)
- Previous experience in a high-tech company with Israeli bookkeeping – a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite – a significant plus
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- High-level proficiency in English – written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Excel
