About the role
What You'll Do?
- Building product(s) with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full life cycle of a customer,
- Taking responsibility for KYC and onboarding processes within the Papara Core domain,
- Ensuring high engagement in the Design Team,
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to understand customer needs, improve customer journeys, and enhance the overall customer experience,
- Understanding and analyzing users' requirements and designing solutions by working collaboratively with the engineering team,
- Being responsible for the product features and contributing to the design, software development, and testing processes,
- Working on how users will find what they are looking for, creating content, and designing the usability layout to access information,
- Understanding the fintech market, competition, and user requirements in depth,
- Gathering user feedback in a meaningful and actionable way to enhance the product management process.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor's or master's degree (Computer Science or Engineering is a plus),
- 5+ years of experience in product management and involvement in the development of a digital product or service,
- Experience in KYC and onboarding projects is preferred,
- Knowledge of KYC/AML industry tools, portals, information sources, and vendor products is a plus,
- Strong new product design experience and a passionate approach to customer experiences,
- UI/UX principle knowledge with deep customer focus by understanding customers and analyzing data,
- Strong product intuition and deep user empathy, combined with self-motivation,
- Passionate about new technologies and new ideas,
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to use data to make decisions,
- Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly,
- Familiarity with software development concepts and coding experience is a big plus,
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Experience in financial service products or fintech is a plus.
