About the role

The eCommerce Optimisation and Personalisation Manager drives analytics and experimentation to enhance the website experience. The role involves identifying inefficiencies and opportunities through data-driven approaches, implementing A/B and multivariate tests, and collaborating with Global/Regional Ecommerce teams to improve site capabilities. What you'll do: Investigate, develop and implement web optimization solutions to improve purchase conversion rate. Take the lead on identifying function and design opportunities to provide the best in class online user experience. Prototype multiple design solutions for A/B testing, conduct user tests for control groups and analyze the data to find out the design option that works best to increase the conversion. Develop and train team members in reporting and analysis to foster and nurture a high level of commerciality within the team Lead multiple projects, from understanding a concept or the current state, assessing gaps, defining key capabilities, working across the organization to develop business requirements, use cases, functional design specification, test the functionality and ensure capabilities meet success criteria. Lead the development and reinforcement of a data-driven culture, empowering stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing, and product to make confident, evidence-based decisions. Own and manage the experimentation roadmap, ensuring a structured pipeline of high-impact tests that drive continuous optimisation across the customer journey. Champion personalisation strategies by leveraging customer insights, segmentation, and advanced analytics to deliver tailored onsite and marketing experiences that drive conversion and customer loyalty Develop strategies behind A/B tests partnering with Ecommerce team and monitor process to measure changes to our website. Responsible for assisting hypothesis creation, data collection, and briefing team on data results. Ensure that daily operational forecasts in the cluster are accurate within agreed tolerances Take the lead in day-to-day and weekly reporting for the local eCommerce business including KPIs, promotions, marketing channel performance, product insights, order cancellation, returns, customer voice across all touchpoints etc. and build dashboards and workspaces as needed to empower the team with the data.
