Database Specialist Intern

The Database Specialist Intern is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases, creating intake templates, and developing dashboards and reporting functionality to support our business operations. Design, develop, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, and availability. Create and implement intake templates to streamline data collection processes and automate data collection. Develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform data analysis and design system to generate reports to support decision-making processes across various organizations. Design with an understanding of requirement to simplify maintenance and expansion of templates, dashboards, reporting. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve database and reporting issues in a timely manner. Support rollout of solutions to ensure 1) understanding and execution of inputs required 2) transfer of knowledge around maintenance of database contents, templates, dashboards and reports. 3) deliver SOPs documenting the aforementioned Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management, data visualization, and reporting.
