Role Description
The PAN India Sales Head is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the company’s overall sales operations across India, driving strategic sales initiatives, and managing key customer relationships to achieve business growth. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, managing a nationwide sales team, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans. As a key stakeholder, the PAN India Sales Head will align sales objectives with business goals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market penetration.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and optimize sales operations across large regions.
- Strong Team Management and Account Management skills to lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team while nurturing customer relationships.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, analyze market trends, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the company and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious sales targets and foster sustained business growth.
- Knowledge of the electrical components industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent higher qualification is advantageous.
